Cell phone numbers list Explained
USA mobile phone numbers by city, zip code, area code, carrier, and mega databases.
We carry some of the largest mobile phone databases available — from targeted local lists by city or zip code all the way up to a 276-million-record national mega database. Every list includes name, address, carrier, and demographic fields so you can target precisely and reach people where they actually pick up.
All records include: first name, last name, address, city, county, state, zip, phone, carrier, gender, ethnicity, own/rent, latitude, longitude. Not every field is complete on every record, but there’s no extra charge for targeting to any of the available fields.

Compliance & Best Practices
Mobile phone marketing is regulated by the TCPA and FCC rules. Before using any mobile list for SMS or auto-dialed calls, consult with your legal counsel to ensure your campaign complies with applicable laws. List57 provides data for informational and marketing purposes — compliance with applicable regulations is the responsibility of the buyer.
Which Mobile Phone List Should You Buy?
Four database types on this page, four different jobs. Use this guide to match the list to your campaign before you order.
| If you need… | Buy this | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Cell phone numbers tied to a specific city, ZIP, or area-code radius | Targeted Lists by City, Zip, or Area Code | Local-radius campaigns, single-market outreach, small-batch tests from 1,000 up to 500,000 numbers |
| Every available cell phone number inside one or more full area codes | Complete Area Code Packages | Full-coverage regional campaigns where nothing gets skipped inside your target area code(s) |
| Mobile numbers filtered to a specific national carrier network | Cell Phone Lists by Carrier | Carrier-specific offers (network switch promos, port-in campaigns, device financing, carrier-tied MVNO) |
| The biggest possible reach at the lowest cost-per-record | Mega Mobile Phone Databases (or the Big Bonus Package Deal) | National-scale SMS or dialer campaigns where volume matters more than tight geo/carrier filtering |

Add Email Append to Your Mobile List
Want to run SMS and email off the same file? Email append is available on mobile phone list orders on request — quoted per order based on match rate. Pair your cell phone list with matching email addresses to run multi-channel campaigns (SMS + email drip) against the same audience.
Related email files: Consumer email lists · Business email lists · Opt-in email lists. To add email append to a mobile order, mention it in your quote request.
Mobile Cell Phone Lists — Frequently Asked Questions
What’s on each mobile phone list record?
Every record includes the 10-digit mobile / cell phone number. Carrier is included when you order a Carrier list. Geographic information (state, area code, or ZIP where applicable) is included on Targeted and Area Code lists. Additional fields (name, address, email append) are quoted per order.
Can I filter by carrier, geo, or both?
Yes on carrier (AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon — see the Carrier table). Yes on geo (city, ZIP, or area code — see the Targeted and Area Code tables). Combined carrier + geo filtering is available on request and quoted per order.
What is the delivery format and turnaround?
Lists are delivered in CSV or Excel within 24 hours of order confirmation. No long-term contracts. No monthly minimums.
How current are the mobile numbers?
Carrier and Mega databases are refreshed on a scheduled cadence from carrier and compiled sources; Targeted and Area Code lists are pulled at order time from the current merged database. If freshness is critical to your campaign, mention the specific window in your quote request and we’ll confirm the pull date.
Are these lists TCPA-compliant? Opt-in or compiled?
Straight answer: the files are mixed. Numbers sourced from opt-in feeds (surveys, sweepstakes, coreg) carry an opt-in audit trail and are labeled as such. Numbers from the carrier and mega compiled databases are not opt-in — they’re compiled mobile phone records. Both types can be DNC-scrubbed on request. Under the TCPA and FCC rules, you as the buyer remain responsible for your own outbound compliance (consent, calling / texting windows, and internal DNC). See the Compliance & Best Practices note above.
SMS blast, outbound dialer, or ringless voicemail — which channel fits?
All three channels are commonly run against mobile files. SMS blasts require prior express written consent under the TCPA — run these against opt-in slices only. Outbound dialers and ringless voicemail have their own consent and channel rules depending on how they’re placed. Match the file type to your channel: use opt-in slices for SMS, and reserve compiled Carrier/Mega files for the channels your compliance counsel has approved.
How is this different from a compiled B2B mobile list?
This page sells consumer cell phone numbers — households and individuals, filtered by geography or national carrier. A compiled B2B mobile list is different: it targets business contacts by firm, title, and industry, and typically pairs mobile numbers with business email and job data. For B2B mobile targeting, start on our business marketing lists pages.
What is the minimum order size?
The Targeted list starts at 1,000 numbers ($100). Area Code, Carrier, and Mega packages are priced as whole units — see the tables above for the sizes and prices offered.
What if a batch of numbers turns out to be bad?
We stand behind the data we ship. If you receive a batch with a documented data-integrity problem tied to how the file was pulled (not normal industry-standard mobile churn), contact us with the details and we’ll work with you on a scoped replacement. This is not a blanket bounce or disconnect refund — normal deliverability variance on mobile lists is expected.
